Whisk them together & mix in the pumpkin purée. Pour in the evaporated milk in while mixing it in. Pour 1/4 cup to each baking cup (sprayed with PAM) in a muffin tray. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let them cool, & refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
